A Poser character is saved as a CR2 file. If you have the Figure Setup Tool you can select File/Export and inthe file type chose  "Poser CR2 File"
Save the file in a Runtime-compatible folder and then import than folder ikn your Studio Library and you'll be able to see in the Content tab.
