What do you mean by "moving content around"?  Are you trying to put things in a different runtime, or do you want your geometries in another spot?  The former, you should be fine, so long as you link the runtime in your library.  The latter could cause you a lot of problems, including having to manually locate figures every time you try to load them from the library.
