So I'm assuming no one can tell me how to change the settings in 2.49a or 2.49b so this stops happening?

There's a Brand spanking new computer running thats maxed out. Only program installed is Blender 2.49b (not even an anti-firus is installed yet) but this still happens!
And it has a new HIS Radeon 4670 HD card in it! Blender should not be doing this.

I would use the 2.50 beta but the scrollwheel does not work in that program and I need to be able to move my views.

 

Someone PLEASE Help!
