First things first, NoelCan, please don't lie.  You were banned for spamming other members.  You are VERY lucky the ban was removed.  Had I been in Stacey's position, I wouldn't have been so gracious.

Second, Vestmann, as stated in the locked thread, images containing masturbation are not allowed in our galleries.  If that's your cup of tea, I would suggest a visit to either Renderotica or RaunchyMinds, and I'm sure they'd welcome new members.  I, myself, am a member at Renderotica (and have tried unsuccessfully a few times to join RaunchyMinds, I never got the activation email), and enjoy some of the work there.

As for the "violence" thing.  While not spelled out in our TOS, the thumbnail guidelines, which are linked to from the TOS, state what is and isn't considered violence by the staff.  If there isn't ACTUAL violence happening in the scene, it's not considered violent.  Not before the violence, not after the fact.*  It may have been exercised differently in the past, but the current incarnation of the Renderosity Team tries not to be too heavy-handed when it comes to the images.

Also, while some torture may be violent, violence doesn't always equal torture.  This is why we separate the two.

*note:  In some instances, if there is an extreme amount of blood and/or gore, we may indeed ask for a violence flag be added to the image, if, and only if, the image is considered by the team to still be ok for the site.  Sometimes, we do consider some images to be too much for the site, and, as the TOS states, at our discretion, we let the member know why it wasn't appropriate.
