Quote - My plan is to be able to make a cat-fighting scene using the cat fight poses daz (or renderosity) offers. Making it into a movie of about 20 minutes to 40 minutes max, and making clips of about 6-10 minutes. Do you have any tutorials, links, books, anything to lead me in that direction? If so I'd be muchly appreciated.
LOL jump right in there.
I do stuff for Falcon Entertainment and My system consists of 4 machines running
custom boards with duel 64bit Xeon processors and 16 gigs of ram each all SATA
and three 32"HD monitors and 40min would take me at least a year by myself.
Now granted there are better than me that may be faster. Of course were talking quality.
I'd say lower your sites and take your time and start with a 1 or 200 frame movie. Start simple
and work your way up. try just having V4 walk across a room smoothly and effortlessly.
Then work on following and rotating the camera around here as she walks.
It's all done one frame at a time.
As far as tutorials there are some at DAZ also Google animation.
