Its all Moot anyway
the intel macs will install and run Native versions of windows WITHOUT any Emulation.
but it sounds like the OP just Needs decent modern PC
for Certain PC only poser tools
that would be the Economical option.
A new Mac just for poser might be $$$over kill$$
