None of this is new compared to Vista.
Quote - "First, the Home version is limited to only 16GB of RAM. You must have Professional or Ultimate to take advantage of more"
Same in Windows Vista.
Quote - "Second, the Home version is limited to a single CPU and will not see multi-CPUs. Only Professional and Ultimate will see more than one."
Same in Windows Vista.
Quote - "NOTE: this is not to be confused with multi-cores as it will see a multi-core SINGLE CPU just fine."
Same in Windows Vista.
So, apart from a partial change in the names of the editions, there's really no news in what regards CPU and RAM, everything is the same as in Vista.
