I'm never have been very glad with Universal Poses but nearly all poses for P4 figures are working very well for V2/V3/V4. Ok, a bit dial work is neccessary for hands and feet but I guess, this has to be done everytime to match a svene perfectly. So this is no problem.

With this in mind you should have a look to Schlabber's poses at www.schlabber.org/index.html as also his older site (link on that newer site).
He has a big collection of poses for all possibilities.
