eonite, those screens look absolutely incredible. The cloud front and the altocumulus are by far my favorite ones.

For my work I use an AP of 1 in most cases, because of the reasons you mentioned above. I have not upgraded to Vue 8 yet and I am still undecided if I will, because the few new features don't justify the upgrade price in my opinion. The feature list reads more like a simple add-on rather than like a full new version. But seeing those clouds rendered in Vue 8 now teases me a lot. The cloud lighting in Spectral 3 atmospheres looks so much better, but the cloud details themself still lack a lot - they look like "bubbles" just as the Spectral 2 ones did. I was hoping that e-on would finally implement a way to control the cloud's detail with the function editor and not only the density of a layer, but I guess this will have to wait at least until Vue 9 hits the stores.

Either way, I'll buy your cloud pack the day it comes out. Excellent work.

...Und bei der Menge an Screenshots in kurzer Zeit soll nochmal einer sagen, die Schweizer seien langsam :-)
