Subject: Help decoding a poser error message

I googled that message. It's something to do with IE and Vista.  According to all sites that I browsed it's probably an add-on program for IE that is causing the problem. The solution is to  try disabling all the add-ons in IE  (Try running IE in "no add-ons" mode.)

Go to Tools - Manage Add Ons -Enable or Disable Add Ons. Change the Drop down to Add Ons currently loaded in Internet Explorer
