I think it's actually pretty good. Maybe not movie quality, but definitely game cut scene quality. I have to say that's got to be the best Poser animation I've ever seen, although I thought a lot of the character animation was too stiff.
Too dark in some places though, which is made worse by it being against a bright white background page. Sure you can enlarge it to full screen but then all the compression artifacts are too obvious.
If the contest stipulated that degree of compression that's one thing, but I think it would have been a lot better with less video compression.

Agreed with Miss Nancy - it could have benefitted a great deal from more dramatic lighting in places. That sort of thing would have enhanced it tremendously.
Overall though, really nice job on that!
