Quote - Usually if you import an object with 100 % of the standard figure size one would expect that the object has the same size as the original object. But, to be honest, this is also so in Poser 7.
No no. As it says, it's 100% of "Standard Poser Size", I believe it scales more or less after the size of Dork. So 100% of figure size will give you an obj that is somewhat shorter than the Generation 4 figures
If you uncheck the percentage you get the obj at its original size, which is usually HUGE when imported into Poser (depending on which modeling program it was made in)
You can import V4 with the percentage unchecked and still have her come in at the right size because she is already rescaled to Poser.
Usually when I import something I load a Poser figure into the scene as a crude measuring rod. Once it looks right compared tot he human, I note the scale and re-import with the new scale. In the case of some fridge magnets I just finished, they looked right at a scale of 7,5% so that was what I imported them as. 100% would have given me fridge magnets the size of a man L

You just can't put the words "Poserites" and "happy" in the same sentence - didn't you know that? LaurieA
