As others have said, the eyes are indeed amazing. However, they're a little too intense -- the proverbial "deer in the headlights" look. Also, and this is perhaps just being picky, but how many redheads do any of us know with skin this dark and eyes this piercing blue? It's mixing too many things and, as a result, undercutting the overall reality. It's beautiful work, don't misunderstand; it's just the mixture of details that don't really work in concert if reality is the goal.
