The only thing I miss about XP is the less resources expensive it is, but the number of virus, trojans and general malware is just too much, I rather run Vista and it's (still weak) layer of security. W7 is inbetween when it comes with resources, and runs great on older machines were vista would just die out. My bother is using W7 on its old Celeron 2.2 with 1Gb of ram and he says it's great.
