No, that item does have an obj with it. Though it would be good to let the vendor that you are interested in that item in an obj.

In for future info, the readme files are linked on the product description page which have the product's file listed in it so you will know exactly what you are buying (before you buy it). Though some vendors do include obj files in their vue, poser or 3ds max or lightwave products, this specific item doesn't.
