Do you keep it open and have you set that as a preferred state? I ask as I don't keep it open, and every time I open it from the menu, it always comes in docked under the library pallette, so I have to float it, un-enable auto-docking (or as soon as I move it and let go it takes a place in the display..arrrgh! ) and resize it.
