You havnt read that thread carefully either, have you:) you should have at least noticed Gill's lovely stacked clouds picture... It is possible to do it by adding an additional cloud layer in the atmosphere editor. (as Gill explained) Alternatively, it can be done by adding and connecting more gaussian tooth nodes in the function editor.(as eonite suggested) No skin of my nose, but I would suggest you master simpler things first.
