As posted in other threads before, unless you have given yourself proper authorization or turn off UAC, you may encounter problems with Poser residing in the Program Files folder under Vista or Window 7.  Best solutions, so far, be the sole Administrator, turn off UAC, or relocate your Poser to your primary drive.  No reinstallation is necessary if you move the app and content.
