The order number is wrong and downloads were not reset.

I need to cancel STORMY RAIN.  It's readme file says nothing about Poser and the file extensions are definitely not Poser.  That's all I work with, not MAX 3D etc.  Reading the descriptive material, I thought it was compatible.  I have to be more careful.. 

The application I am really interested in is TwinFairHair-V4A4G4.  It was not reset as suggested in your last memo probably because of the error in order reference..

I have downloaded WinZip as you suggested.
