is there no chance to overwork the description or the titel or anything?

and im wondering why something like this could happen - i called the update file nursoda_bong_UD.zip and the title was "Bong Update" and i had sent a mail to vendors@... with a description for what this update is
10 days later you put it into the Marketplace - did nobody check it?

and there are some buyers of the "Bong Update" who had bought the Bong - i hope they will get thier money back soon
