Slight problem after finishing animation (to AVI) and Poser trying to open Media Player.  Able to fix by downloading amovie.ocx (older ActiveX component) and placing it in the C:WindowsSystem -- NOT System32 -- folder.

Poser 6 and Poser 7 working fine on Intel Duo P8700, Win 7 Ultimate 64

I did install both version to the root directory, C:Poser 6 etc, and DID turn UAC completely off.

I've tried to get used to UAC, and maybe I'll try again, but for now it's just a pain.
