good classical, artistic poses. that said, i don't really use pose sets.  hmmmm.  actually, the one thing i do use them for would be good- basic positions.  so, starting from T-pose, i might use preset pose to get my figure to sit or lie down.  basically, anything where i might take a while to just get my figure in the general position.  and it usually messes up stuff because i get the whole pose.  so i'd vote for basic presets like sit, stand with arms down, lie down on back, lie down on stomach, etc.
