There's enough extreme stuff out there.Might just observe the family in action and see if I can capture the pose and the mood at dinner tonight... lol
about the presets - exactly. occasionally, i'll try a few presets that sort of get me there, but i often have to undo stuff that's too detailed. that's why a set that, for instance, left hands and feet in default positions, generally left arms in default position, but moved the figure into sitting or prone positions would be helpful. poses that worked as tools to make things easier without imposing a specific implementation.
in terms of classical art poses, yes, i was thinking about fine art. but in that style is just as good.
