Thanks guys. I really appreciate the help. I uncompressed the file successfully, but unfortunately, Objaction Mover STILL refuses to uncode the file by saying "Wrong Seed File" DESPITE the fact that I it's the CORRECT one according to the readme.

Grrr. SO frustrating. Why can't people just opt to NOT code file freebies? It's MUCH easier that way.
