The trick is setting up your amterials properly. Poser's default settings on the obj are disgusting :P I always strip the model down by applying either a matte grey are shiny grey mterial. Then you just apply the textures in the material editor - setting up the transparancies and bumpmaps from there. Only thing is Bryce tranparencies are less adjustable than in Poser. In poser you can just change the amount that the trans gets applied - but in Bryce you need to adjust the trans texture.
