Yeah, I definitely wish I had been a bit more generous with the polygons on the ears. I think you can get them to look decent if you use "smooth polygons" in Poser and set the angle threshold high enough. If I add geometry there, I'll either make the low- and high-poly heads incompatible to each other or break existing head morphs. So basically, I'll need to come up with fiendish ways to convert the existing morphs automatically first, and then I can fix the ears. That's actually somewhere on my to-do list, but not necessarily very high up.
Except for that, I think I have enough mesh density in most parts of the low-rez figure. So a softening morph might be enough to make it look a bit nicer in Poser. You have to remember that it's only 10k, half the poly count of Posette. She's just not made to look great in close-ups.
