The PDFs are located in the zipped folder you downloaded. You need to extract (unzip) the folder first. You then should see the PDFs, the ReadMe and the example files, when you open this folder.

Please note that CloudControl is not a Plug-In that you can install. Of course you can drag the CloudControl folder into  the Vue8 folder, however the PDFs are not accessible directly from within Vue.
