Searched my mailboxes, no letter to or from you, it is possible but very unlikely they were dumped. The "help file" and the "manual" are one and the same thing. I offer this app as a service to the Community, not to make money, I make my living writing primarily insurance company apps. With the support time involved, I lose money with every sale, so if anyone doesn't want to save a lot of time by using it, that is fine with me.
