Except I also don't think of clothing as a prop either.  For me a prop would be furniture, scene items, backgrounds, etc.  Clothes don't fit that bill to me.

At this point, I'd never think to look in the props category for clothing (maybe dynamic) because things that have been rigged are figures.  I've even set up my figures category into sub categories like hair, clothing, animals, etc. because at this point, that is what seems natural.
