Yes snow over ice any time :)

Here in Missouri, it's going to be bitter cold all week.  Everyone that lets their doggies out to do their thing, please check in between the paws for ice chunks.

Our lab Oscar came in limping and we had to dislodge snow/ice chunks from inbetween his little toes. 

Cold is a very dangerous thing.
