First off--some simple stuff. Shut off poser and turn your computer off and restart everything.
If that doesn't work, on to the second thing. Go to Documents and Settings/ Administrator/ Application Data (a faded looking folder)/ Poser 7
DELETE (inside this folder) the LibraryPrefs.xml +PreferredState.Pz3. Then go into the "English" folder and Delete the Poser_UI_Prefs file.
This SHOULD reset the Poser program back to beginning factory state.
The files I just mentioned get recreated when poser boots up. Please delete them while poser is NOT running!
If this doesn't work, It might be some kind of other problem. I have had the same problem before and my suggested course of action HAS worked for me.
