Dizzi has the right idea. The "no disc" message implies that on the PC where the project works, you had something (probably a texture) saved to a drive which doesn't exist on the other PC. If you were to move the texture-or-whatever into Poser's Runtime folder structure and save the project again, I suspect it would work.

Alternatively, as suggested in PhilC's forum, you could use the Scene Inventory Python script to collect everything into a self-contained archive of the project.
