It was one of the guidelines back when JACK was in charge here (and is one of the rules over at 3D Commune). Very few people so far have "pushed" the rule, and fewer have been "caught" doing so - congratulations Mesh_Magick - I suspect someone complained to RCook directly, and he acted immediately - and also suspect that the images with erect nipples may be vanishing soon as well now...
