Bryce uses a particular kind of object file called .OBP If you wish to add an .OBP file to your Create Catalogue then you need to import it following these instructions. There are other ways, but for the purposes of this tut I'll stick to the 'one at a time' method. If you have downloaded an .OBP object make sure you have unzipped or unrar-ed it (if necessary) and that you know where it is. You can place it anywhere you like on your hard-drive.

Load up your version of Bryce - this works for all versions.
Look to the top of the work place and you will see 3 tags. CREATE - EDIT - SKY&FOG
Next to each of these is a small and barely visible triangle.
Click the triangle next to the CREATE tag.
This opens your OBP catalogue. If you haven't got any objects in your catalogue or at least in the sub-catalogue you can see, there will be nothing but black squares on it. If you have got objects you will see them. Black squares simply mean that the locations are empty. If they are white then you have problems which I won't go into here.

At the bottom of the catalogue you will see the following tags: ADD DELETE IMPORT EXPORT.
Click on the IMPORT tag. (White arrow)
This will bring up a browse box and you can use this to locate your .OBP object.
Select your .OBP object and it will appear in one of the black boxes!
You can now select that box by just clicking on it and then clicking on the tick mark (Red Arrow)on the far bottom right.
Your new .OBP object will appear on your workplace ready for use.
