Yep, I got it and all my plants now work! I do have a little tip though. At first I couldn't get to the 4.01 update. This was because e-onsoftware's site was still reading an old cookie which was telling them I was a Vue 3.1 user. This meant I could only get to the Vue 3 updates. I deleted the e-on software cookie, went back to e-on site, entered my e-mail address and Vue 4 serial # into the popup. This allowed me access to the update patch for Vue 4. JAS
