Well got some sleep :) Done with the shoulders and hip on to the elbos and knees.............

So I changed things up a bit , I think this is a good as I will get without any JCM's I am particularly proud of the elbos, thought they came out with very close to the shape they should be.  The knees are still a little balooned, but only at extreme bends.
