"DAZ Material Presets to Apply Options (.DSB) " - this means you will have to do all your own material setups (which you said you're OK with doing, so fine).

99% certain you can adapt all this into Poser. You'll have a lot of junk to sort through, but the morphs are given in PZ2 format at least (plaintext) so once you extract it into your runtime, then run the updater for V4/M4 (both), the morphs ought to work. There are even INJ/REM poses in PZ2 format to go and load the morphs for you. If you want to pick out the garbage, you could safely delete everything with a *.dsb extension (or just not install it in the first place).
The textures are just jpegs, displacement maps are TIF, nothing tricky there.
