The "Values" of the settings in DS aren't going to translate at all to Poser, so the only thing you really can do is place them yourself, find what you like and what you think looks best, and go from there. For some reason (and, no, I don't know why or how to explain it, lol), displacement, bump, specularity, ambient, and most other settings don't match up at all in the programs. So, I'd start from the default numbers and fiddle around from there.
