If you start down that road, you'll forbid all imagination.  Nearly all imagined variations
are similar to real genetic variations. 

For that matter, how about the perfectly ordinary-looking people who believe they're ugly,
and go through all sorts of plastic surgery to "improve" their appearance?  Depicting an
ordinary or attractive person could be viewed as offending one of those types.

The only exception would be using an image to directly harass or bully
a specific real person, in which case the problem is the bullying, not the art!
