I find this to be true in almost every case. I've tried reproducing some of the errors you guys have on my end, just to see what's going on...I've seriously never had a problem.
Then again, I use Adobe Air and always have it installed, and have never had to update my IE or flash in IE. I've only ever opened IE on this computer to download Chrome, lol.
This is why it is so important to file bug reports with Smith Micro. You might be having every problem ever, and if no one else is having it on the forum, we can't help you. But, if there's a way to document it, even with a screenshot, then Smith Micro have something to go on to fix it. Not everyone who uses Poser comes here, RDNA, or DAZ for help, so if you're having the same problems as members who aren't getting forum help, there's no reason for them not to work on your problem.
This isn't to say that they'll fix it right away. Or that it will be perfect. But, they can't fix what you don't report.
