Yes, you could do it that way, but I wouldn't necessarily recommend it. Unless you were making a space alien anyway, you might want to profit from the now correct eye sizes. I'd try to just apply the deltas to the new version and see if you need to make any adjustments. My experience with changing Antonia's shape was that most of existing morphs kept working fine.

Or, if you haven't made deltas yet, you could apply the new head shape as a morph to the old version, add your morph to the mix, then export the result and apply it as a morph to the new version.
