Well, I don't think midage32065 needs to be attacked for speaking her mind. I think you all are making good points but apparently she/he feels something is lacking in vendor customer service or she/he wouldn't have said anything at all. Perhaps she/he feels under appreciated after spending so much money or maybe a particular vendor has ignored her?
I have wondered myself sometimes why many vendors will blog on and on about pirating but will say little in way of appreciation to all that continually support them. If they have a way of reaching a mass audience through a web page or blog why not say a mass thanks every once in a while?
The point about Walmart not saying thank you to each customer isn't valid. They say it on every single sales receipt. (I think RMP does that too after each order?)
I don't have a problem with the vendors or the CS here. I think the fact that vendors create stuff that I can use since I don't know how to create it myself is all the thanks I really need.
So I thank all the vendors!!
