Like I said, all are making valid points and you make a good one here, too. I didn't realize how inflaming her second comment was BUT it looks to me like she became defensive because nobody acknowledged her and instead made her feel a little bad for saying anything in the first place.
Right or wrong I don't think she would have said anything if something wasn't bothering her. Perhaps she just doesn't communicate very well.
Only she knows but I do recognize defensiveness too.
There have been times (not recently) that I wished vendors would give me the time of day especially when I comment on their galleries and images and tell them I bought one of their items. Some do thank me then but many won't respond at all. It doesn't bother me anymore, I'm more secure, but it used to.
I'm in love with Renderosity and the Customer Service here. The vendors have it rough in my opinion and I appreciate their efforts so we should thank the vendors rather than the other way around.
