I don't know what was active when you took the screen shot, what I see is that the AAWService and Corel Paont Shop is using almost 100% of the CPU. If your antivirus was scannong when you took the screen-shot it's fine, antivirus use CPU when is scanning, but if it was not the case, your antivirus is using half of the CPU doing nothing. The other task, Paint Shop, was you doing something with it at the same time, because it uses the remaing half of CPU time. I also found that your memory usage is too high.
