The bend of the foot itself is the problem. It's flatfooted. Once you do your walk, in Walkdesigner, and are ready to shoot your animation, you can lock the foot into the correct position for the heels in the Animation Pallete and Graph. Instead of tweaking each and every frame, you can set the bend to remain at say, 60 degrees which it common for the HighHeel type of foot pose. It will give you a graph, and you simply find the Elements that maintain the pose of the foot. Bend, Side to Side, ect. The Graph tool is indispensable when you want an accurate animation. Try it when you make the final settings for your movie. =)
