I've shut down ad-aware and paint shop  pro isn't always running. I was using it to process the screen shot. Looking now the biggest cpu user is system idle process which is jumping around anywhere from 72 to 98. I don't know what this is. Can it be disabled or is it saying that 72 to 98% of my cpu is idle?
