Helle, I agree with Kim: It's a wonderful pick for a DITI! A lovely architecture shot. Fine perspective shot too. (We have nothing like those bldgs in Chicago.)

And Kim: Love your oil version! You're very fine with filters & you created really nice paint & shade effects. And the flowers really do look like oil.

Well, you inspired me:
So, to continue the 2D theme, I used PS's "cross hatch" filter. Unfortunately, the cross hatch filter is pretty lame, soooooo (I hope the mods don't mind), I printed Helle's & made a 'real' cross-hatch---ie, w/ ink---& post it for comparison. I hope I didn't break a rule---it's only a sketch! Also, I did it quickly, so it's pretty clumsy...

Hope this was ok to do...
