Sorry Sam, wasn't trying to take a pop at you either. :) But you're right, this isn't about "So and so's stuff is crap." Don't care about that. It's the good stuff, the stuff you really really wanted and looked forward to... the stuff you know is well made and (usually) worth the price... when that turns out to be a dud... argh.

But I tell ya what... sometimes something that looks like a lemon, makes pretty damn awesome lemonade. I take chances sometimes and it's a pleasant surprise when I get something that I thought I could do something with... and it's an absolute cracker.

I like being pleasantly surprised. :) StraightPantzz for M4 was one of those. Awesome. :)
You won't be finding that one in any "Disenchanted" thread -- at least not mentioned by me. It's outfits like this one, which has a ton of love and care (and not to mention an awful lot of work) put into it, that make it worthwhile to keep hunting through the not so great stuff.
