My experience is exactly the same as yours. On two occasions I've left reviews that called a digging instrument by it's proper name, and both times I got slapped down for it. I actually caught heat from the group for not being willing to name a character texture that just didn't work for fear of more heat from Management. (For the records: Bagginsbill finally looked at the texture and pronounced it "poorly made.") Yes, I finally got my money back on the item, but it was a long haul and lots of angry words separating the request and the refund. (And the item is still for sale, btw!)

I understand it's all about money, but one would hope that somewhere there could be a forum where the short-comings of specific items could be discussed without fear or moderational reprisals.
