Subject: Workshops - Would you like to see them, and, if so, what kind?

I'd love to see a lighting workshop. I can do the posing and expressions, no problem, but then my renders tend to be ruined by bad seat-of-the-pants lighting! I'd really like to be able to light realistically, or any way at all really that doesn't involve doing it by guess and by God! :D

I did a good tutorial over at Aery Soul about basic lighting using three lights but I'm buggered if I know where to go from there. If it comes out well, it's luck rather than anything else.

As a list of ideas, here are some I wouldn't mind seeing/facilitating:

Lighting - How it can make or break your render.
Posing - Realistic body angles
Expressions - What can make your characters' faces more real?
